Librarianship is a noble profession. Its prime motto is to provide services in the best possible manner to the users. A librarian's prime concern is also directly linked to customer satisfaction. A librarian with managerial skills performs better in his profession. Some people in this profession are not able to perform well due to lack of managerial skills. Hence, a two-day Librarian Development Programme is being organized by INMANTEC in collaboration with MANLIBNET. This programme is aimed and designed to train & develop Library Professionals to meet the current professional challenges so that they may, in turn, act as a resource person in guiding and motivating the library users.
